Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — $7.95
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — $14.95
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $200

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. International orders typically take 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on local or state regulations. If your order contains a restricted item, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund for the affected product.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Halo Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. For packages confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us at support@halopeptideco.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

8. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Peptides are sensitive research materials. During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging or cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit at no additional cost. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery and storing products according to the specifications provided.
