Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on products that have been delivered and received in proper condition.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@halopeptideco.com. You must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or error. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the status of your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@halopeptideco.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns: products that have been opened or used, orders placed more than 48 hours prior to reporting an issue, items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer, and products purchased during promotional or clearance sales unless they arrive damaged.
